Mitchell survived by wife Mary Detla, two daughters Sharon and Cynthia Woods and Diane McAdams, four grandchildren and other relatives. The bill, left by the House, would regulate loans up to 1500 with varied interest rates. 3 percent monthly on small loans, with changes debated by the conference amid hopes of a late Wednesday finish or adjournment before midnight Thursday.
Justice of the Peace Walter Queen and Constable Paul Anderson saw about five percent budget increases for 1962 due to a five percent rise in county tax revenue. Queen's budget reached 29896 including monthly raises for the judge and clerks. Anderson's budget was 28216 with deputy raises and clerk pay changes.
