Drowned in Red's Bayou Cox Remembered at Funeral
Walter Wilson Cox aged 36 of 408 Harvey drowned after falling from a motorboat in Red's Bayou near Cove in Chambers County. His body was found a short distance from the boat as Konceny aided in locating it. Cox, a machinist at a Baytown refinery, and Konceny were en route to a Red's Bayou fishing camp when the accident occurred. Funeral services will be Friday at Paul A. Leo Funeral Home with burial in San Jacinto Memorial Park.
