All chocolate Super Bowl sculpture wins Baytown praise

Baytown pastry chef Stan Vayler at Victorias Goumet Coffee and Donuts created a hollow all chocolate Super Bowl sculpture shaped like a football with an edible logo on top and chocolate roses in the middle. Taylor, a Houston resident and 15-year pastry chef, trained in Brussels Paris and San Francisco and says the piece takes about four hours to craft.
