In a fogbound January hunt at Fitzgerald Ranch in Chambers County, I and East Bay Outfitters’ Jack Inamon chased snow geese feeding on fresh marsh growth. By 11 45 a m twelve hunters had limits of ten geese each as the roosts remained busy and a six year old named Hunter Uzzle sacked a blue goose from seventy yards.
