Lumberton game erupts into on-court brawl and fan bans
During a Robert E Lee vs Lumberton boys game a fourth quarter shoving match erupted into a fight as players clashed and fans joined the melee. Two fans will be barred from future Lumberton ISD events after a black hoodie man targeted a Lee player in a spectator video. The district says security will bar any offending attendee and police are handling the investigation, with no charges announced. Superintendent John Valastro apologized and urged sportsmanship while noting further action may follow the probe. SEE FIGHT PAGE 7
