Trustees weigh unified trial for multiple cases in 2013 session
In Travis County filings two law firms seek to consolidate all cases for trial by mid October with a hoped 2013 Legislature session decision. Both firms request the same $1 per Weighted Average Daily Attendance from districts involved. District campuses Lee High and Bowie Elementary host parent meetings January 12 to discuss campus improvement plans. GCCISD trustees note a conflict with a special meeting that prevents attendance.
