The Public Utility Commission of Texas is informed Kelson Transmission proposes a 345 kV double circuit line from Deweyville toward a Mont Belvieu switching station. New route options, added segments, and northern terminus move reduce Mont Belvieu line cuts, with routes across Chambers Hardin Jasper Jefferson Liberty Newton Orange and related counties.
