Rachel L. Sinegal has been promoted to senior airman in the U.S. Air Force. A services journeyman with two years of service, she is assigned to the 18th Wing at Kadena Air Base Okinawa City Japan. She is the daughter of Daniel and Jana Benedick of Baytown and Ronnie and Kelly Carrillo of Houston. Her husband Terrance is the son of David Barnett and Jennette Sinegal of Baytown. She is a 2004 Ross S. Sterling High School Baytown graduate.
