Baytonians and East Harris County leaders joined in the ground breaking for the $30 million Harris County Sports Stadium the only domed air conditioned stadium in the world. Otis Flenoy Magee 78 of 1801 Missouri Baytown died Wednesday in a local hospital after 20 years in Baytown. A rancher and Cattlemen's Association member, he attended First Baptist Baytown. Funeral services set for 10 am Friday at Earthman Chapel officiated by Rev. Cheek and Rev. Farmer. Burial in San Jacinto Memorial Park under Earthman. He leaves widow Rita Magee, son Otis W Magee, sister Lucy Parker, and two grandchildren Otis Joseph Magee and Lolita Magee.
