Trustees OK Plan to Start School Week Early Baytown
Harris County trustees approve the 1970 71 calendar with classes starting August 24 and teachers reporting August 17 for in service and pupil registration. The plan adds five student loss days and 10 teacher in service days including Monday holidays at each nine week grading period.
