Two Die In Late Night Baytown Crash
Harris County Sheriff s Office reports two men died in a single vehicle crash on East Cedar Bayou Lynchburg Road near Stolander Road and Raccoon Drive. The victims were identified as Mark Licon and Trevor Cole, former Ross S. Sterling High School athletes in their early 20s. Licon drove a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder at high speed around 1:20 a.m., losing control after crossing railroad tracks. The car veered off the roadway, struck a concrete culvert, and both occupants died. The crash occurred outside Baytown city limits. the sheriff s office continues the investigation.

Baytown ex youth pastor charged with sex assault
Mellony Scarlett Lewis a 28 year old former youth pastor at St Mark's United Methodist Church in Houston was arrested on one count of sexual assault of a child. The alleged offenses occurred in late 2010 involving a 15 year old.
