Baytown Blue Santa Sells Chocolate Strawberries for Charity
Baytown Police Department hosts a Valentine fundraiser selling chocolate covered strawberries to raise money for Baytown Blue Santa toys for needy families. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today shoppers can buy six strawberries with a note card and two chocolate hearts for 10 dollars, with optional Oreos or pecans and card payments accepted. Det. Nathan Gallop says 2,700 berries were prepared for the fourth annual event at 3200 Main Street.
