Funeral services were scheduled for Arno John Enderli a 33 year old Baytown resident killed in an auto accident on Market Street Road near Bay Villa. East Harris County stayed wet after a 7279 to 5805 tally in a record turnout election. Mother of Highlands Woman Dies in Houston

Death claimed Mrs. J. O. McPherson of Houston after a three month illness. She was mother of Mrs. Al Simmons of Highlands and well known in Baytown and Mont Belvieu. Native of Saratoga, she resided in Houston since 1920 and would have marked their 86th wedding anniversary this year. Funeral services were held in Houston at 3 30 p m with burial at Forest Park.

Woman Claims Lora Lee Michel Adoption In Dispute

Hollywood reports Lena Wilson Brunson of Nederland Texas says she is the mother of child actress Lora Lee Michel and alleges the Michels adopted the girl without her consent.
