Highlands man shot during alleged drug deal incident
Highlands resident Robert Dewayne Williams, 27, was listed in critical condition at Memorial Hermann Hospital after a shooting at a Harris Road trailer park. Police say Williams and two companions confronted a man over a marijuana sale, one from Williams’ group fired, and a car fleeing the scene crashed near 207 Harris Road.
