Change Appearance Fabric Texture Effects On Look
Fabric texture can alter appearance by weighing down and shaping the figure. Heavy rough textures like cor duroy terry cloth and wool tweeds add weight but hide figure problems. Soft fabrics such as jersey chiffon and crepe emphasize irregularities while shiny textures like satin and taffeta add weight. dull surfaces such as linen gabardine are slimming.
