Diamond Shamrock lease sought by Mont Belvieu City

City council moves to lease 1.8 acres to Diamond Shamrock for the lift station and former sewer plant land. Lease likely one dollar per year. Land deeded to the city in 1949 and 1952 to operate the sewer plant, now defunct as a new plant exists nearby.
