Students rally to aid Ike victims with campus drive
FCCLA and TFTA members led by Tuan Bui collected items for Galveston residents still suffering after Hurricane Ike. Ball High School hosted the drive with help from Baytown social workers and Texas State Teachers Association representatives. Though donations were below targets, organizers plan another collection at a busy location like Wal-Mart to boost supplies and volunteer turnout.
