Goose Creek dedicates agriscience center to John D. George
A standing room crowd packed the Goose Creek CISD Agriscience Center to dedicate the facility to John D. George, founder of the RSS FFA chapter in 1974 who led the program until his 1996 death. Family and colleagues recalled his dedication to students, farming programs, and community service, as Dr. Anthony Price unveiled the plaque and George’s family accepted the honor.
