Anahuac tightens manufactured home ordinance changes
Anahuac City Council approved stricter rules for manufactured and mobile homes and raised the inspection fee from 250 to 325 dollars. Double murders in Baytown test death penalty in two cases
Between 1997 and 2002 Baytown averaged 2.8 murders yearly. This year two double murders probe similarities and differences. Both victims were shot in their affluent homes and shared a lead investigator and prosecutor, while motives differ. On June 16 police arrested William Chamblin for the killings of his wife Laura and daughter Marie, after a 911 call.
