Baytown Council of Parent-Teacher Associations schedules its annual arts and crafts display with school craft registrations and the PTA Council monthly meeting beginning at 9 15 a.m Wednesday in the Community Building. The event is open to all from 3 30 p.m. to 12 30 p.m. with no charge. Christmas carols will open the meeting followed by a covered dish luncheon for members.
