Julius Fram a Baytown refinery research chemist since 1928 died in a Houston hospital after a surgery and relapse. Surviving are wife Helen, two daughters Ira Weiner and Tobye, two sons Lewis and Jerome, three brothers Sam Harold Phillip, three sisters, and a grandson Larry Jay Weiner. Dr. H. W. Kilpatrick has been chosen chairman of the East Harris County unit of the American Cancer Society succeeding Dr. W. H. Bridges who will remain on the board.
