US Venice Cup hopefuls decided in secondary final
The May Orlando women's trial final losers dropped to a secondary final, selecting the U S Venice Cup challenger for Monte Carlo. Cheri Bjerkan Stasha Cohen Renee Mancuso Becky Rogers Sue Weinstein led 29 points then held off Lynn Baker Disa Eythersdottir Karen McCallum Keri Shuman by seven in a 205 198 final score after a late surge. The Baker team previously fell in the first final.
