YMCA Names New Chief Balin to Lead Raytown YMCA
Jim Balin has been named director of the Raytown YMCA and will begin duties on Sept. 16. He comes from the Camp Amon Canter Branch and replaces Kim Worden, who resigned Aug. 1 and now serves in an unofficial capacity.
