Public Comment Notice on Exxon Mobil Permit Application
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality invites public comments or requests a public meeting on the permit. The meeting may be held if public interest is significant or a legislator requests it. Comments are due 30 days after newspaper publication. The director will respond to material comments and may issue final approval. Notice issued August 16, 2018.
