Baytown police identified Billy Harrison a 31 year old man as the victim of a fatal one car crash on Spur 330 near Rollingbrook Drive. The gray 2005 Nissan 350Z struck a median at 1 p.m. causing road closures as Baytown police firefighters and medics responded. Further details were pending at press time.
