Term limits rebuttal by Jim Finley in Channel City
Jim Finley defends against term limits as a City Charter review stirs debate. He cites Perry Simmons and experiences with Jack Fields to argue that service quality matters more than tenure limits, noting voters often back incumbents despite calls for fresh blood.
