Texas voters to decide nine constitutional amendments

Baytown area voters join statewide turnout to decide nine Texas Constitution amendments. Polls open 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Voters need only a valid registration. Amendments cover cleanup of obsolete sections, water resources powers, lieutenant governor and Speaker salaries, and nonprofit water supply exemptions.
