Woman Accused of Forging Dentist Signature at Local Pharmacy
A temporary clerk at Pro Dental on Garth Road allegedly forged a dentist’s signature on a prescription pad and used it to obtain 20 Vicodin pills at a Cold Springs pharmacy. The woman worked at the dentist’s office for the day. the District Attorney referred the case to Cold Springs authorities for charges.
