ExxonMobil Baytown Complex earns 2006 Energy Star CHP Award

The EPA and DOE honored ExxonMobil Baytown for its cogeneration system at the Baytown Olefins Plant. The CHP setup achieves 73 percent operation efficiency and saves about 33 percent fuel versus separate heat and power, cutting CO2 by roughly 619,000 tons annually.

City panel eyes bending John Martin Road project
