Nissan Murano 2009 gains power and lower base price
The 2009 Murano replaces the 2008 model with a stronger 3.5-liter V6 boosting power and a refined ride. Base two-wheel drive starts at 27,075 dollars, all-wheel drive at 28,675, both lower than 2007 equivalents, while options push price beyond 36,000 dollars. The second generation uses a lighter platform from the Nissan Altima, with improved suspension and handling, 18-inch wheels standard and 20-inch as an option, and updated styling.
