Death notices honor Ruth Densmore in Wichita services
The Wichita community mourns Ruth Densmore who died last week. Funeral services were held Saturday at the Wichita Methodist Church led by Rev Dale M Bass with Sam Weigel as soloist and Mrs Ray Senwartz at the piano. She had lived in the area since 1934 and was active in church and civic life. Survivors include two sons Jeff Morgan and Russell Densmore, a daughter Karen Densmore, two step-children, two sisters, and many relatives. Interment was at Evergreen Cemetery in Lohrville.

Guthrie Center Naomi Circle Meets for Guest Day
The Naomi Circle of Guthrie Center Methodist Church hosted visitors at 2 PM in the home of Mrs Albert Jorgensen Guthrie Center. Mrs Elmer Kopaska led the session with lesson “Food for the Journey” assisted by Bea Kenyon Alice Jorgensen Martha Railsback Hazel Reynolds Jane Kirkwood Elsie Kesselring. Eleven visitors and twelve members attended followed by a tea served by Mrs Kopaska and Mrs Leland Kenyon.
