Plan Extension Drive for Better Sidewalks in Bath
Mayor Harold P Small and the Highways and Sewers committee launch an intensified sidewalk improvement drive in Bath after seven months of street work. Plans include resurfacing sidewalks citywide, with North Bedford and Oak streets from High to Lincoln slated for resurfacing. Progress on Washington Street Hill and below Pine Street is favorable as crushed rock is laid, potentially triggering Lincoln Street reconditioning from Courts to Academy Street if smooth progress continues.
