The body of Robert B. MacLeod 51 of 857 High street was recovered from Schoodie Lake. He had been vacationing from Bath Iron Works where he worked 21 years as a leading man in the outside machinist department. The death was ruled drowning with his boat found ashore days earlier. He was born June 11 1908 in Garland and lived in Bath since 1938. Survived by Emma Hitchborn MacLeod widow three daughters Wayne Bath a son John W MacLeod Malden Mass two sisters and one brother.
