Conway Procures Imported Spaniel for Bird Hunt
George Conway of York street has imported a Springer spaniel from Scotland named Mac. The five year old dog is an exceptional bird dog, best at retrieving. Partridge in the area are a bit more plentiful than last year, challenging a Bowdoin professor’s pheasant release theory. Also noted, over 400 short lobsters found with W. E. Stinson of Cape Porpoise faced a reduced fine and costs after pleading guilty in York municipal court. The electric power era shifts toward large generating units offering better service and lower prices.
