United States Marine Band Delights Bath Audiences
The United States Marine Band under Lt Col William F Santelmann performed at Morse High School Bath on a two concert tour, drawing about 900 listeners each session. Proceeds supported the Junior Drum and Bugle Corps with uniforms funded by the event. Doctor Grant Slips Injured In Bath Home Accident
Dr. Hugh D. Grant of Linden street suffered a broken shoulder and oil burns after slipping on a step in his apartment while carrying fuel oil to a tenant. He was taken to Memorial hospital for treatment and cast on his shoulder. He is recovering at home with friends hoping for a speedy recovery.
