Woolwich Voters Favor State Aid Work At Sagadahoc Ferry
Woolwich voters approve switching begun state aid road work to the Sagadahoc Ferry end by a 106 to 71 vote at a special town meeting. The move reverses prior plans for the upper end where about $5,000 has already been spent and aligns with the article that the work start where the state aid road meets the federal highway at Sagadahoc Ferry. The decision followed ongoing dissatisfaction with the earlier location and carries implications noted for continued coverage.
