Central heating equipment accounted for 2 240 units or 69.1 percent. Pip ed steam or hot water systems served 965 units. Warm air furnaces provided central heating in 1 275 units. 980 units used non central heating, and 20 unit s were unheated.

Mrs. Joseph Hynes of 220 Oak Street returned from a visit to her daughter in Malden Mass. She attended the wedding in Middletown Conn of her grandson John Clements Boyd of Malden to Miss Claire L. Rancourt of Middletown at a nuptial mass led by Rev George Fili. The couple honeymooned in New York and will reside in Everett Mass.
