Phippsburg Ladies Aid Supper Supports Church Funds

In Parker Head the Ladies Aid held a sociable and supper in the vestry raising about $8 for church running expenses. The meal featured boiled dinner and baked beans with desserts, organized by Mrs. Galen Daley and Mrs. Mark S. Percy, while many townsfolk shared news of visitors and seasonal departures.

Master Frederick Sprague celebrated his third birthday at his Small Point home while his father marked his twenty eighth birthday. Dromore Grange held a lively session with good attendance and refreshed by D. A. Merry. Sunnyside Farm may be sold due to Mrs. Elma Pashard’s poor health. State Lecturer C. O. Purington from Bowdoinham visits the grange tonight.
