Boy Scout Honored for Heroism by National Council
Andrew J. Lemoine Jr of West Bath Troop 90 received the Certificate of Heroism from the National Council of Boy Scouts of America for saving 14 year old Margaret Gallagher from drowning at Sasanoa Bluff on August 30 1932. Fellow rescuer Eugene Worrey aided in the successful return to shore. The award ceremony is planned for a future date.

Not Guilty in Assault Case as Demo Crowd Dispersed
