The Bath Tax Collector announces drastic measures to recover unpaid taxes in the coming days. After meetings of the taxes committee, about $4,508 has been collected recently, mainly from 1932 back taxes while $24,000 in 1932 real estate taxes remain unpaid. The 10 percent interest on late payments starts after February 1, 1932.
