Winnegance to Build New Community House by July
Winnegance residents form a club to construct a 30 by 20 foot community house on land owned by J Parker Morse on the Whippsburg side of the bridge. The single story bungalow style building includes a 30 by 10 foot piazza and will feature a hardwood floor, chimney, shingles, lawn, and planned flagpole. Fundraising and material arrangements are underway with a committee and a goal to complete by early July.
