Killick calls for redesigned cars over reforming drivers
Sacramento traffic statistician Victor W. Killick argues drivers cannot be rewired to safe speeds. He proposes a tear shaped rear engine car with high visibility, no protruding parts, rear mounted motor, top headlights, electric signals, crash yielding wheel, and a speed governor.
