The Bath area marked another successful year for the Red Cross Home Nursing course at Memorial hospital finishing its sixth term under Mrs. Clinton McFadden. Fifty five members earned pins and certificates, a gain of 25 from last year, with plans for more enrollment next term including Bailey Evening classes.

Two hundred fifty parents and teachers from Bath and nearby communities attended a Monday evening lecture in City hall auditorium. Dr Frances L Ilg of Yale University spoke on child psychology and development, focusing on parent child interaction and how to handle periods of inner reorganization and conflict. Flu Cuts Bath School Attendance Across City
