Stuart L. Gross aged 50 died Sunday night at Bath mortal hospital from burns suffered earlier when a closet fire at his rooming house at 725 Weston Street burst out as he opened the closet door. Firemen found him on the floor. loss from the blaze was about 100 dollars. Gross had worked as a shipfitter and in sales, leaving a son Paul in South Portland and a daughter Eleanor Cash of Newington. He was born October 20, 1901 in Stonington Missouri to Fred and Lillian Gross.
