Seavey Found Guilty On Three Warrants In Maine Court
Clifton S. Seavey a 26 year old Portsmouth New Hampshire man was found guilty on all three warrants charging moral misconduct. He was sentenced by Recorder Gardiner R. Deering to six months in Kennebec county jail on each count with the sentences to run concurrently. He plans to appeal to Sagadahoc Superior Court and bonds were set at 1500 dollars. Two teachers and a truant officer identified him in a New Hampshire registered coupe near a school on March 4. County Attorney Ralph O. Dale prosecuted for the state.
