Resisting arrest leads to hospital treatment and court action
Lucien Tourigny, 12 South Street, was hospitalized at Bath Memorial after resisting special officer Robert Green with a night stick. He was later arraigned before Judge John J. Keegan, pleaded guilty to intoxication, and received 60 days in Kennebec county jail with fines and costs. The jail term was suspended on payment.
