The directors of Central Maine Power Co declare regular quarterly dividends on preferred stocks payable July 1 with stockholders of record June 10. Preferred dividends include 87 percent of a dollar per share on the 3.50 percent series and $1.50 per share on the 6 percent series. Common stock dividend payable June 30 to stockholders of record June 10.
