Continuing Probe Of McKenzies Death
Police investigate the sudden death of Harold E. McKenzie 49 in a rented room at 748 Middle Street. An autopsy by Dr Arch H Morrell was performed Friday night with officials in Boston for report. McKenzie talked with his landlady before dying. His wife Beulah E Larrabee lives at 165 Presumpscott Street. He formerly worked at Bath Iron Works and New England Shipbuilding Co before returning to Bath to seek work at a summer camp.

Mr and Mrs John Ho McNary of West Bath receive cards for their golden wedding anniversary. He was taken to Maine General Hospital in Portland for an operation after a Saturday admission. Fifty years earlier Katie Brown wed John H McNary at her parents home in West Bath with Rev Nathan H Washburn officiating. The couple lived in Foxboro Chelsea and West Bath with a poultry business and a foundry career before retirement. They have a son Ralph H McNary of Marblehead and two grandchildren.

Two Men Found Dead Within an Hour at Bath Hotels
Bath police report two men died of natural causes within one hour on Thursday. C. H. Bryant 42 of Auburn was found in a Sedgwick hotel bathroom after registering the night before. James Rowbotham 56 of Lewiston was found at a boarding house on Middle Street. Both deaths were pronounced natural causes by Dr. Joseph I. Smith. Rowbotham was a printer at New England Supply Co. Bryant worked as a salesman for Best Foods Inc. in the New England area. Surviving family details are listed for each.
