Mrs Eunice P Sawyer widow of Arthur M Sawyer died after a brief illness with pneumonia at her daughter Mrs Charles L Farnham's home in Washington street aged eighty six years and twenty three days. She lived in Bath over 50 years and leaves four sons two daughters a sister and grandchildren. Funeral held yesterday at the Farnham home with two ministers officiating. Burial in Maple Grove cemetery.

Schooner Alice M Colburn to Undergo 15000 Repair Job
The four masted schooner Alice M Colburn, damaged near West Chop while en route from Philadelphia to Bangor with coal, was hauled out at Green's yard Chelsea for inspection and repair. Estimated cost to restore her to service is 15000. Repairs to be completed, with hopes of recommission within a month. The Colburn was the first vessel moved on the new marine railway.
