Two passersby in a car moved him to Davenport City Hall where Dr. Byron F. Barker treated him. Judge Keegan arraigned four more self confessed Bath drinkers on intoxication and disturbing the peace charges. Harry Oliver admitted breaking probation terms and received 90 days in the House of Correction. Levi Ouellette drew 60 days and a $100 recognizance for next term. Thomas Scanlon’s case was continued.
